Wild Wild West..!

Draw...

"My little odd version for Boot Hill fans..."

A litle taste of days of yore, a world of rapid expansion into new frontiers, and new dangers too...

"Hailing to the days of the old west, this world is much like our own was in the 1800's, and that's when the Neogi began to raid for slaves..!

First just a few lone folk began to vanish, then some smaller indian families, then isolated small towns of settlers too.

No witnesses left behind, and none of the alien dead to prove what happened either."

One man alone has escaped their clutches, and he now seeks allies from the stars to help protect his homeworld...

Lonely outposts...

The vast majority of people here know nothing of aliens or space travel at all, but a few are beginning to suspect the true nature of the strange vanishings of entire towns in remote areas.

These few might be all that stands against the inevitable horde of slavers who will come for all they can carry away...

Come inside...

I like to this of this worlds as a mix of "Call of Cthulu"(due to it's new the Neogi invaders) and the old "Boot Hill" or other popular western settings.

I know, it's just a silly idea I had long ago..! Note that only powers of the North American Natives have Clerical connections here, all other Clerical Spells lose two efffective levels, and none may be regained from other Pantheons. Magic is completely untamed here, and very sparse indeed. Magic items function normally, but all foreign casters suffer the loss of half their levels regarding spell effects (1st time casters must pass a Spelllcraft check at HALF their score to successfully cast a spell, failure wastes the spell). Native casters have found ways to bypass this issue, a process requiring 350 days of study per caster level to overcome. The only schools of magic are buried in secrecy and traditions, and manufacture of magical items is essentially unknown in this sphere.
